If you use self parking take the elevator to level two which is labeled as providing access top the casino and hotel. After you exit the elevator you will pass several shops along the hallway. On the right side of the hallway just before a pizza shop there is a red button marked with a handicap sign. Press the button and a door will open that will take you into an area with casino offices. If you go past the pizza shop you will come to a set of escalators up to the casino and hotel registration desk. You will have gone too far. Follow the signs to the hotel elevators and go up one level. After you exit the elevator go to the right and your will come to the hotel registration desk.
The casino is across from the registration desk. The buffet is on the same level as the casino. As of the time of this writing, the old coffee shop is closed and has been replaced with a Michael Patrick's Brasserie. Major renovations are going on as the casino transitions from the Trump Marina to the Golden Nugget. New restaurants and shops are opening, and rooms are being upgraded.
Handicap accessible rooms are available at the Golden Nugget casino/hotel. Room 1802 is an accessible room with one queen size bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with grab bars as shown in the photo. The toilet also has grab bars.
